While football season is officially here, today also marks 33 days until it's officially "Football Time in Tennessee."
On Nov. 30, 1946, the Vols set a UT record, allowing a single-game low of just 33 plays to Vanderbilt. That helped Tennessee clinch the SEC Championship and earn a bid to play in the Orange Bowl.

34 days and I can't wait to see my vols in action. Though I will be stationed in the Republic of Korea, it is my hope that Slingbox will allow me to see each and every game (including pay per view). GO VOLS!!! We are on the rise again.
