Tyler Bray Named CFPA National Performer of the Week; Hunter honored

Tennessee quarterback Tyler Bray's record-setting performance against Cincinnati yesterday continues to get notice nationally as the 6-6 sophomore has been tabbed the National Performer of the Week by College Football Performance Awards.

Bray is the first Vol to earn national player of the week laurels since Eric Berry was named the Lott Trophy IMPACT National Player of the Week on Nov. 11, 2009, after a stellar defensive performance against Kentucky.

Joining Bray in the CFPA's weekly awards was one of his favorite targets and fellow classmate Justin Hunter who was selected as an honorable mention wide receiver performer of the week.
