This Day In #Vols History (Nov. 18)

Tennessee has more wins on Nov. 18 than any other day in history, as the Vols have posted a 17-1 all-time record.

Among the most notable games on Nov. 18 are:


Nov. 18, 1989, Chuck Webb runs for a school record 294 yards in a 33-21 win over Ole Miss.

On Nov. 18, 1995, the Vols handed Kentucky a 34-31 defeat as UT rallied from down 24-9 in the third quarter. Peyton Manning threw for 274 yards and two touchdowns. Jay Graham ran for 147 yards.

On Nov. 18, 2000, Tennessee blasted Kentucky, 56-20, as Travis Henry ran for 139 yards and three touchdowns on his way to setting the Vols career rushing record.
