Vol Calls Set For Tonight

Because of basketball each of the last two nights, Vol Calls will air tonight at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT.

Head coach Donnie Tyndall will be on-site at Calhoun's on the River with host Bob Kesling and other UT coaches and student-athletes. 

Fans can call in and ask questions by dialing 1-800-688-8657 or Tennessee Verizon customers can dial # TENN. Fans may also submit questions through the Vol Network's Facebook page - Vol Network_IMG.

Tennessee basketball heads to South Carolina for a road test against the Gamecocks tonight at 9 p.m. ET in a game that can be seen on ESPNU

Senior guard Josh Richardson needs just seven points against USC to reach 1,000 for his career. The Volunteers enter the game coming off a victory at Missouri, the Vols' first victory this season in which they scored 60 or fewer.

It's a busy radio day for the Tennessee football coaching staff on Sports Radio WNML in Knoxville. 

Offensive coordinator Mike Bajakian will join Sports 180 with Josh Ward and Will West at 1 p.m. ET.

Head coach Butch Jones will be on SportsTalk with John Wilkerson and Jimmy Hyamns at 3:30 p.m. ET

Defensive coordinator John Jancek will also join SportsTalk at 4 p.m. ET.

Tennessee Finishes Third In USA Today Fan Index

Tennessee has finished third in USA Today's first-ever Fan Index. The Vols came in behind Ohio State (5,578 points) and Alabama (4,333), finishing with 3,636 points. 

College Football Fan Index presented by Degree is a cumulative, data-based ranking of America's most engaged fan bases as determined by social media activity and online polling. These are the final results for the 2014 season.

The Volunteers (6-6) were middling this season, but don't tell their fans. For 14 of the last 16 weeks, Tennessee has ranked in the Fan Index top five. Vols fans are vocal, loyal, and extremelywell-organized. Just look at the above photo.

Vol Calls Set For Tonight

Vol Calls tonight at 8 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. CT will feature Coach Butch Jones and Brent Hubbs from Calhoun's On the River in downtown Knoxville. Bob Kesling will join the show from Orlando with an interview with Coach Donnie Tyndall as Tennessee prepares in the Orlando Classic Thanksgiving Day.

Wednesday's Vol Calls Features, Jones, Tyndall & Pensky

Tonight's Vol Calls show will showcase a trio of Tennessee coaches. Football coach Butch Jones will be on the show with an interview taped earlier in the day on Wednesday. Men's basketball coach Donnie Tyndall will be a live in-person guest at Calhoun's. Soccer coach Brian Pensky will call in live from Orange Beach, Ala., where he guided Tennessee to a thrilling shootout win over #8 Florida earlier in the day on Wednesday. 

The show will also feature interviews with Jalen Hurd, Curt Maggitt and Pig Howard following the overtime win at South Carolina. 

The show starts at 8 p.m., ET/7 p.m. CT statewide on the Vol Network.

Even though it's fall break, it's #BigOrangeFriday on campus as another busy weekend for Tennessee Athletics rolls on. Here are some of the events to watch for and links you need to follow the Vols all weekend long:

The Lady Vol Golf Team plays host to the Mercedes-Benz Collegiate Championship at Cherokee Country Club Friday through Sunday. Admission is free every day, with tee times starting at 9:00 a.m. You can follow live scoring of the event HERE.

Tennessee Soccer hosts a pair of matches this weekend, LSU tonight at 7:00 p.m. and Vanderbilt Sunday evening at 6:00 p.m. Both matches will be available on SEC Network+, you can watch Friday's match HERE.

Tennessee Volleyball hits the road for matches at Mississippi State and Georgia this weekend. There is no video for Friday's match, but you can follow live stats HERE. Sunday's match will be on the SEC Network at Noon ET on the SEC Network.

The weekend's main attraction kicks at 7:00 p.m. ET on Saturday as Tennessee travels to Oxford, Miss. to face Ole Miss. ESPN has the broadcast, while the Vol Network broadcast can be heard across the state on Vol Network stations and on Sirius XM Channel 84.
