College Sports Madness recently named Tennessee's Hannah Wilkinson and Caroline Brown to its SEC 2013 Preseason All-Conference Teams. The website named Wilkinson to its first team and tabbed Brown for its second team.

Tennessee soccer alum Vanessa Phillips-Bosshart (2002-05) is now an assistant coach at Murray State. Phillips-Bosshart, who was a two-time All-SEC selection and a 2004 ESPN The Magazine Academic All-American, was an anchor in goal for UT, helping the team to back-to-back-to-back SEC regular-season titles from 2003-05 and SEC Tournament crowns in 2003 and 2005. Phillips-Bosshart is Tennessee's all-time leader in minutes in goal (6,602), wins (49), shutouts (32) and career GAA (0.82). She also holds the single-season record for shutouts at 12 (2003).
Phillips-Bosshart previously worked as an assistant coach at North Florida (2007-09) and Arkansas (2010-11).
