Bob Kesling, who is in his fourth season as the Director of Broadcasting in the UT Athletics Department, has been selected the Tennessee Sportscaster of the Year by the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association.

Kesling, who has also called NCAA Basketball Tournament action for Westwood One/CBS Radio, does play-by-play announcing for men's basketball and football on the Vol Radio Network, serves as the host of the Buzz Peterson and Phillip Fulmer television shows and is host of Vol Calls, a weekly radio call-in program

It is the fourth time that Kesling has been elected the Tennessee Sportscaster of the Year in a vote of his peers.
