"Ashley is the consummate team swimmer. She's willing to do any event at any time for the good of the team, and fortunately she's able to do a lot of things well. Ashley is coming off of a breakthrough season last year, where she put together a lot of lessons she learned in her first couple of years and had a blast with swimming. Last season gave her a lot of momentum coming into this year in terms of leadership ability and confidence."
