THE POSTSEASON STARTS HERE
Previewing the Men's Competition
#11 Tennessee: 4-4 (2-1 SEC)

Summing up the Regular Season: With freshmen filling up about half the roster, the Vols have made steady progress and development during the dual meet season. The team reached a high-water match in late January, beating then-No. 12 Georgia at home on Senior Day. The victory launched the Vols up to No. 11 nationally. Senior Ed Walsh has led the way in sprint freestyles this year with the third-fastest time in the 50 freestyle (19.99). 2012 All-SEC swimmer Samuel Rairden has been giving the Vols points the the 100 and 200 freestyle and backstroke races, and freshman Sean Lehane has emerged as one of the Vols' top backstrokers. Seniors Brent Sterling and Jordan Mauney have put together the best seasons of their careers.

Last Year at SECs: The Vols finished fourth at SECs last year. Tennessee's three individual wins came from the diving well: 1 meter & 3 meter springboard (Ryan Helms), Platform (Mauricio Robles).
