AT TENNESSEE: Three-year member of the football team at UT...Plays tight end for the Vols...Competed for the track & field team for the first time in 2010.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was a two-time state shot put champion, recording his personal best of 56-8 ½ as a victorious senior at the 2008 state meet...Also won the shot title his junior year...Was a state champion wrestler in 2007 in the 215-pound division and was all-state in football from 2006-08...No. 12 football prospect in state by Knoxville News Sentinel as a senior.
PERSONAL: Born July 31, 1989...Majoring in marketing/international business...Parents are Sam and Vicki Bartholomew...Has three siblings: Bo, Annie and Will, who was a four-year football letterman, a member of UT's 1998 national championship team and a 2001 team captain...Grandfather, Sam, captained the Vols' 1939 SEC Championship team.
