2011 XC: Capped her career with her first appearance at the NCAA Cross Country Championships...Finished 44th out of 254 runners at the national meet with a 6K personal-record time of 20 minutes, 33.4 seconds...She was the fifth SEC finisher at NCAAs and just missed making All-America Honors by four places (three seconds)...Qualified for the national meet by posting a career-best eighth-place finish at the NCAA South Regional, covering the 6K course in 20:46.2...Earned the third All-South Region nod of her career for that effort...Had two victories as a senior, paced UT in all six races and finished 24 of 24 career team races as a member of the Big Orange's scoring five...Charted the third 12th-place SEC Championships finish of her career and third All-SEC Second Team nod, clocking in at 21:00.63 over 6K on her home course...Won 5K Crimson Classic in a career-best 17:11.71, dipping 24 seconds below a PR that had stood since high school...Collected her first career cross country victory at the 5K Tennessee Invitational, running the course in 17:43.46 for the fifth-fastest mark ever recorded by a Lady Vol there and her then-best 5K mark as a collegian...Placed fourth overall and first for UT at the Belmont-VU Opener, with a 4K career-best time of 14:11.83...Finished 41st at the 6K Brooks Paul Short Run in 21:19.

2011 T&F: Honors - USTFCCCA Indoor All-America First Team with DMR and second team outdoors with 1500m...All-SEC First Team Indoors (DMR) and outdoors (1500m)...SEC Academic Honor Roll...Indoors - Placed third in the 3000m in 9:26.75 at the SEC Indoor Championships...Ran on UT's meet-record-setting distance medley relay quartet at SEC Indoors (11:05.37) and eighth-place effort at NCAAs (11:07.86)...Won 1000m at the Penn State National (2:48.46)...Had a season-best 4:44.14 to place second in the championship division mile at New Balance Collegiate Invitational...Outdoors - SEC champion in the 1500 meters in 4:25.75 after running a season best in the prelims at 4:19.49...Placed third in the SEC 5000 meters in 16:32.98...Had her career best in that event at the Stanford Invitational, covering the distance in 16:14.89 to place 10th in section one...Finished 12th in the 1500m at the NCAA meet, logging a 4:22.50 in the final after advancing on appeal to that round after getting tripped up in the prelims...Competed in the USA Championships and ran 4:21.20 in the first round...Won the 800m at the UT-UCLA Dual, navigating the distance in a meet-record 2:09.09...Ran on Tennessee's runner-up DMR and third-place 4x800m units at the Penn Relays and victorious DMR at the Sea Ray Relays.

2010 XC: Redshirted due to injury...Named to the 2011 SEC Academic Honor Roll.

2010 T&F: Honors - USTFCCCA Indoor All-American with DMR...All-SEC Indoor (mile, 3000m) and Outdoor (1500m, 5000m) Second Team...SEC Academic Honor Roll...Most Improved Lady Vol Outdoor Athlete of the Year...Indoors - NCAA champion with the DMR for the second time in her career, anchoring UT to a dramatic win over Oregon and a time of 10:58.37...J.J. Clark's movement of Brittany from opener to closer for the race was questioned by the media, but she held off Oregon's anchor to prove her coach right...Ran a mile/3000m double at the SEC meet and secured runner-up status in each, running times of 4:43.56 and 9:26.63...The latter was a PR...Ran her mile career best of 4:43.05 to win at the Texas A&M Challenge... Outdoors - Secured second place in the 1500m (4:19.34) and 5000m (16:21.03) on her own track at the SEC Outdoor Championships, notching PRs in each race...Lowered her PR in the 1500m to 4:18.74 at the NCAA East Preliminary Round, easily qualifying for the NCAA meet as one of the nation's leaders...Running well in the prelims at the national meet, Brittany got caught up in a tight pack and took a tumble...That mishap prevented her from advancing...Had PR of 2:06.86 to take second in the 800 at the Sea Ray Relays...Contributed to all three of UT's triumphs at the Penn Relays, including the distance medley, 4x800m and and 4x1500m relays.

2009 XC: One of UT's top runners as a junior, Brittany scored in all six team races...Earned All-South Region and All-SEC status for the second straight year...Placed 12th and ran second for UT at the 6K SEC meet in 21:49.62...Was third on the team and 20th overall at the 6K NCAA South Regional in 20:50.53...Was team's second finisher and placed fifth overall at the 5K Crimson Classic in 17:44.10...Had 4K (15:02.12, 19th) and 6K (20:39, 14th) PRs at the Belmont-VU Opener and Brooks Paul Short Run.

2009 T&F: Indoors - Saw action in two indoor meets before redshirting...Before shutting down, she notched a 3000m personal record indoors (9:38.67) in the season-opening Kentucky Invitational... Outdoors - Did not compete.

2008 XC: Once again contributed toward the point total in all six of UT's races as a sophomore...Earned NCAA All-South Region and All-SEC Honors for the first time in her career...Ran her 6K lifetime best at the conference meet, finishing 12th overall and second on the team in 21:02.25...Was the team's third scorer and placed 23rd at the regional meet in 21:42.91...Also contributed third-place team scoring roles at the Brooks Paul Short Run and Penn State National Invitational...She placed 33rd in 21:17 and 37th in 21:27, respectively, at those events...Ran fourth on the squad and 15th overall in 15:15.18 at the 4K Belmont Opener...Was sixth overall and fifth on the team at the 5K Tennessee Invitational in 18:56.

2008 T&F: Honors - Named a USTFCCCA Indoor All-American and chosen to All-SEC Indoor First Team and SEC Indoor and Outdoor All-Freshman Teams...Indoors - Ran the opening leg as UT's DMR won the SEC crown for the second straight season in 11:26.26 and took the NCAA crown in a then-school-record 11:01.97...Placed fourth in the mile at SEC Indoors in a then-career-best 4:47.26...Logged an 800m PR of 2:08.85 at the Penn State National and had a 3000m season best of 9:38.76 to take third at the Kentucky Invitational... Outdoors - Scored at the SEC meet in the 1500m by taking fifth in 4:25.76...Qualified for the NCAA Mideast Regional and finished 12th in 4:38.04...Career best at the time of 4:24.60 came in a runner-up finish at the Vanderbilt Invitational...Was a member of three runner-up efforts at the Penn Relays, including the 4x800m, 4x1500m and distance medley relays...The DMR unit posted a school record of 10:50.51 at that meet.

2007 XC: Scored in all six meets as a rookie and received the team's Freshman of the Year award...Filled the No. 4 spot for UT at both the SEC Championships and the NCAA South Regional...Wound up 28th at the SEC meet in a career-best 6K time of 21:46.03...Placed 33rd at the South Regional in 22:01.87...Ran third for Team Orange at the 5K Bulldog Stampede and 6K Brooks Paul Short Run, placing 15th (18:36.65) and 66th (22:03), respectively, with a PR at the Paul Short meet...Began her collegiate career by scoring in fourth position and placing 16th overall in 15:07.33 at the Belmont Opener...Also ran fourth and took 28th overall at the 6K Penn State National Invitational in 21:46.03.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in cross country and track & field on the varsity level since seventh grade, helping her school win conference championships from 2002 to 2006, county track & field championships indoors and outdoors in 2004 and 2005 and a cross country county title in 2004...In cross country, Brittany was a three-time all-state selection and was named Suffolk County Outstanding Athlete in 2004 and 2005...On the oval, she was an All-American indoors in 2006 and earned all-state acclaim as the state champion in both the 1000m (2006) and 1,500m (2005) runs...Was chosen Suffolk County Outstanding Athlete in each of those two seasons...Outdoors, Brittany was all-state in 2004 after winning a state title in the 800m and in 2005 after claiming the state crown in the 1,500m...She was chosen Suffolk County Outstanding Athlete on each of those occasions...Took second in 2007 at the state indoor meet, running 2:55.07 in the 1,000m...Ranked fourth on Track & Field News' indoor prep list in the 800m at 2:10.77...Placed fifth in the 1,500m at 2007 state outdoor meet in 4:40.05...Was ninth in the 800m at the 2007 Nike Outdoor Nationals in 2:09.15.
