Brown and Blaase were named to the second team All-SEC, while Majors to the women's SEC All-Freshman Team.
Chelsea Blaase ran in the 3000m, 5000m, and distance medley relay this season. She currently holds two top times for Tennessee (3000m & 5000m) running personal bests in each event. She also ran the first leg of UT's fastest women's DMR of the season. Her personal best of 9:26.84 in the 3000m is eighth in the SEC and 23rd all-time on the Tennessee performance list. Her 5000m time (16:03.12) is second in the SEC and 20th nationally, while holding the fifth position in UT history.
Cameron Brown has been UT's weight throw specialist scoring four victories and placing no lower than third in all competitions this season. Brown improved his personal best on three separate occasions this year. Holding Tennessee's top four marks in the event, his personal best came at the Cupid Invitational with a distance of 69 feet 6.25 inches (21.19 meters). That mark is third in the SEC and 13th nationally this season, along with being second Tennessee history. Earning bronze at the SEC Championships, his season continues at NCAA Indoor Championships.
Freshman Felecia Majors came onto the scene for UT and provided an instant impact. Majors holds UT's top time/mark of the season is five events: 200m, 300m, 400m, 500m, and long jump. At the SEC Championships she posted national qualifying marks in the 200m and 400m, while breaking the Tennessee freshman record for the 400m in the process. Top marks in NCAA events include: 23.21 in the 200m (6th SEC, 8th nationally) and 52.65 (5th SEC, 14th nationally). She left her mark on the UT history books as well currently holding 10th in the 200m, 6th in the 300m, and 9th in the 400m. She will close her indoor season at NCAA Championships.
