2013 - FRESHMAN
Made his collegiate debut, recorded his first collegiate hit and drove in two runs on Feb. 15 at UNLV. Opened his career with hits in each of his first three games, going 5-for-15 (.333) during that stretch, capped off by a 3-for-5 effort in the second game of a doubleheader against the Rebels on Feb. 16.
Was 2-for-3, scored three runs and drove in another in a 16-0 whitewashing of Alcorn State on March 8.
Drove in three runs in a 12-4 win over the Braves two days later.
Had a clutch two-out, two-RBI double in the eighth inning of UT's 7-6 win at Alabama on March 16.

Graduated from Farragut High School in Knoxville where he was coached by Matt Buckner. Selected by the Colorado Rockies in the 32nd round (987th overall) of the 2012 MLB First-Year Player Draft.
Named to the 2012 Baseball America High School All-America Second Team.
Earned 2012 Louisville Slugger Preseason All-American honors.
Tabbed to the 2012 Rawlings All-Southeast Region first team.

Three-time state champion, helping lead the Admirals to Class AAA titles in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
Hit .460 with nine home runs, 13 doubles, four triples and 45 RBIs, and logged four saves on the mound as a senior.
Picked as the 2012 Knoxville News Sentinel PrepXtra Player of the Year.
Took home District 4-AAA MVP accolades in both 2011 and 2012.
Led all TSSAA players with 70 hits while leading the Admirals to their fourth consecutive state title his junior year.
Also hit at a school-record .470 clip with two home runs and 32 RBIs that season.
Posted a 28-game hit streak as a junior and followed that with a 19-game streak his senior season.
