Served as the Vols' closer throughout the season, with a team-high 29 appearances and 11 saves ... Named to SEBaseball.com's All-SEC second team ... Was one of 30 pitchers named to the initial watch list for the NCBWA Stopper of the Year Award, presented annually to the nation's top relief pitcher ... Went 4-3 with a 4.61 ERA ... Ranked second on the team with 75.1 innings, striking out 51 as opponents hit .254 off him ... Tossed three scoreless innings with five strikeouts in his debut against Morehead State G2 Feb. 14 ...
