UTSports.com recently caught up with former Vol Blake Forsythe (2007-10) to talk about his season with the Double-A Binghamton Mets and his memories from his time at Tennessee.
Forsythe is in his fourth season of professional baseball after being drafted in the third round of the 2010 MLB Draft by the New York Mets. He is currently hitting .290 through his first 18 games with seven doubles, a triple, two home runs and 11 RBIs.
His brother, Logan, played collegiately at Arkansas, who the Vols will play on the road this weekend, and is currently a teammate of former Vol Chase Headley on the San Diego Padres.
