KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - One of the nation's premier baseball facilities, Lindsey Nelson Stadium has been home to the University of Tennessee baseball team since 1993. Today, head coach Dave Serrano would like to take Vol Nation on a brand new video tour of the complex.
"We are excited the alumni, fans, recruits and parents can now continuously view the state-of-the-art facility we get to be a part of every day," said Serrano.
Opened in 1993 and renovated in 2010, Robert M. Lindsay Field at Lindsey Nelson Stadium features seating for 3,800 fans, team club and locker rooms, indoor and outdoor hitting/pitching areas, a private team weight room and training room, 16 luxury suites, administrative offices, an outdoor fan plaza, a children's play area, and many other noteworthy features.
