KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - The Tennessee baseball program will host two winter camps during the month of December, designed to prepare campers ages 7-18 for their spring seasons by providing them with a comprehensive overview of all aspects of the game.
The first clinic, which will take place Dec. 14-15, is open to any and all entrants ages 13-18. Players will get a chance to work with Tennessee baseball staff members as well as coaches from other area universities and junior colleges. They will receive instruction on baseball fundamentals, including base running, hitting, pitching, defense and more.
After the Christmas break, the Volunteers will host a youth winter camp from Dec. 28-29, open to any and all entrants ages 7-12.
Instruction will take place at the indoor facilities at Lindsey Nelson Stadium on the University of Tennessee campus in Knoxville.
