2001 - Games/Started: 10/10 ... Finalist for the Outland Trophy which is awarded to the nationís best interior lineman ... Semifinalist for the Lombardi Award which goes to the nationís best lineman ... Named first team All-America by the Football Writers Assocation of America, American Football Coaches Association, Walter Camp, AP and The Sporting News ... Also earned All-SEC honors ... Hampered during the early part of the season by an ankle injury suffered in the season-opening win over Syracuse ... Battled through the injury to make a solid contribution ... Had eight and a half tackles for a loss including four and an half sacks ... Deflected three passes and recovered two fumbles ... One deflection came against Florida that resulted in a Tennessee interception ... The Vols were able to take advantage of the good field position and score off the turnover ...
