Tennessee Athletics Takes Neyland Stadium on the Road Through
Neyland Stadium

Neyland Stadium

July 16, 2010

Tennessee Athletics invites fans to "Meet Your Seats on the Road" in Nashville, Chattanooga, and the Tri-Cities and will also host a "Meet Your Seats" event in Neyland Stadium on a Saturday for fans not living in one of those three areas.

Over the next several weeks, fans will be able to take a first-hand look at season ticket opportunities in Neyland Stadium through interaction with Tennessee Athletic Department staff and the technology of Skype which will allow customers to view their potential seats through live video streaming at the stadium. Tennessee Athletics will travel to the Franklin/Brentwood area on Thursday, July 22 as well as downtown Nashville on Thursday, July 22, Chattanooga on July 27, and Kingsport on August 3rd. The 2010 season ticket includes Oregon, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Kentucky, Tennessee-Martin and UAB.

"With the success of `Meet Your Seats' held recently at Neyland Stadium, we felt it was important to take this opportunity on the road to our Tennessee fans. The idea behind 'Meet Your Seats' is to take a personal approach to serving the needs of our customers," said Mark Ingram, UT's Associate Athletic Director for Development. "This gives interested fans a chance to explore seat options and interact with staff members who can answer their questions one-on-one without having to leave their hometown."

"Meet Your Seats" is an opportunity for Tennessee fans who do not currently have football season tickets to stop by and visit with a member of our staff in one of these cities, or at Neyland Stadium on Saturday, July 24th to look at seat options for the 2010 season. Fans will be able to see their options and sit in the seats to "test drive them" before committing to season tickets. Several former UT players will make "guest appearances" in all three cities throughout the "Meet Your Seats" events.

As part of the "Meet Your Seats" on Saturday, July 24th at Neyland Stadium, those fans interested in Tennessee Terrace seating will have the opportunity to tour the Terrace slated to open for the 2010 season. Free parking is available in the G-10 garage, located on Phillip Fulmer Way and adjacent to Thompson-Boling Arena and Neyland Stadium. Once parked, fans can follow posted signs to Gate 9 in order to enter the stadium.
