Manning Wins Two ESPYs Awards

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Tennessee legend Peyton Manning continued to add to his trophy collection. At Wednesday's ESPYs awards show he was presented the honors for Best-Record Breaking Performance and Best NFL Player. He has now won seven ESPYs all-time, also winning two in 2005. His first award came as the Best College Football Player after his senior season at Tennessee. 

Manning was recognized by football Hall of Fame quarterback Dan Marino and NBA MVP Kevin Durant. In leading the Denver Broncos to an AFC Championship and a Super Bowl appearance, Manning shattered records for passing yards in a season (5,477) and passing touchdowns in a season (55). He also tied the record for touchdown passes in a game with seven in the 2013 opener vs. Baltimore.
