Thank you for your interest in the University of Tennessee Men's Golf program. At your convenience, we would like for you to take a few moments to fill out the following recruiting questionnaire. You can be assured that we will continue to follow your progress. If you are a junior or senior in high school, you will receive a media guide after we receive this recruiting form. Sophomores and those younger cannot receive any mailings until September 1st of their junior year in high school (with the exception of a questionnaire). Please also keep in mind that we cannot contact a prospect until after July 1st after their junior year in high school.
