Vols Finish 12th at NCAAs

The Tennessee swimming and diving team concluded the 2011 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships in 12th place, five spots improved from 2010.

The 400 free relay team of Michael DeRocco, Ryan Harrison, Samuel Rairden and Ricky Henahan sealed the finish by taking 13th with a time of two minutes 53.20 seconds.

In the platform competition, junior Ryan Helms had his best-ever finish in the event, coming in at 14th with 337.20 points.

Senior Brad Craig earned his second individual honorable mention All-America honor of the meet with a 14th-place finish in the 200 breast.
