KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - Five student-athletes with ties to Tennessee Vol swimming and diving team competed in three events on Saturday to close out the 2011 USA Swimming National Championships at Stanford University's Avery Aquatic Center in Palo Alto, Calif.

Rising sophomore Samuel Rairden competed in the 200 back and touched in with a time of 2:06.43.

Brad Craig and Mattias Kahlin, who both exhausted their eligibility this past season, each competed in the 200 breast. Craig swam a time of 2:18.51 to place 38th, while Kahlin finished the event with a clocking of 2:23.59.

In the meet's final event, the 4x100 medley relay, Anders Storvik, Craig, Rairden and Mason Norman combined for a time of 3:46.65 to grab 14th.
