SPRING SEASON
- Started primarily at No. 5 singles and No. 2 doubles, later playing some at the No. 6 singles position
- Over the Vols' first 10 matches, he clinched a team-leading three of them
- Went 2-0 against Brian Page to clinch both road matches at Illinois
- Climbed to No. 34 in the rankings with Jones after going 2-1 at the ITA National Team Indoors
- Went on a 3-match winning streak, contributing to the Vols' wins against Georgia Tech, Mississippi State and South Carolina
- Picked up first SEC doubles win with Ed Jones at the No. 3 position against Texas A&M. The two ended up going 4-5 in SEC doubles
- Ended singles in the SEC on a two-match winning streak against LSU and Alabama
- Went 2-1 in doubles and did not finish a singles match during the Vols' run to the finals of the SEC Tournament
FALL SEASON
- Started the season at the Baylor HEB Intercollegiate, reaching the second round of singles and the quarterfinals in doubles
- Reached the consolation doubles semifinals at the ITA All-American Championships with Hunter Reese
- Captured his first collegiate singles title, winning five matches to take the second flight at the Tennessee Fall Invitational. He defeated teammate Edward Jones 7-6, 6-2 in the final. Also reached the top-flight doubles final with Jones
- Won back-to-back regional titles in two different regions. A year after winning the Atlantic championship, Collins teamed up with Mikelis Libietis to win five matches and take the USTA/ITA Ohio Valley Regional Championship
- Lost in the opening round doubles of the USTA/ITA National Intercollegiate Indoor Championships.
SUMMER 2012
- Transferred to Tennessee for senior season after Maryland's men's tennis program was cut
- won the doubles title with Hunter Reese at the ITA National Collegiate Summer Circuit Championships.

SEASON RECAP
- Paired with Maros Horny in doubles to finish second on the team with 23 wins and led the squad in ACC singles victories (7)
- earned a bid to the 2012 NCAA Doubles Championships becoming the first Maryland doubles team to appear in the tournament since 2008
- ranked as high as No. 21 nationally by the ITA in doubles
- playing alongside Horny became the first Maryland tandem to win the USTA/ITA Atlantic Region title and earn a bid to compete at the USTA/ITA National Indoor Intercollegiate Championships
- played as the No. 1 doubles team all season alongside Horny compiling a 15-8 record
- handed then-No. 4 Kevin King and Juan Spir of Georgia Tech their only conference loss of the season (3/25)
- finished with a 10-11 record in singles playing primarily at the No. 5 position where he went 6-2
- defeated William Parker in the Terps' upset of No. 18 North Carolina (4/15).

SEASON RECAP
- Led Maryland to a banner year and its first NCAA tournament appearance and win in school history
- 22 singles and 19 doubles victories led the team for a second year in a row
- played predominantly at No. 2 singles compiling an 8-4 mark
- knocked off a team-high four ranked opponents
- included in that was a win over 91st-ranked Clint Bowles of Florida State in the Terps' first round win over the `Noles in the ACC Championships (April 21) paired with junior Maros Horny for a 7-3 mark in doubles and the No. 41 spot in the final ITA doubles rankings
- duo won three of their final four matches
- upset second-ranked Drew Courtney and Michael Shabaz of top-ranked Virginia in the ACC tournament (April 22).

SEASON RECAP
- Led the team in both singles (22) and doubles (19) victories

- nationally-ranked in singles during the spring, reaching No. 121
- had a season-long nine-match singles winning streak from Feb. 12 to March 10, which included a victory over Anton Andersson of No. 75 William & Mary. He won all but one of those matches in straight sets
- teamed with Jesse Kiuru for the final seven ACC matches going 4-3
- duo knocked off Carlos Salmon and Tripper Carleton of No. 23 Wake Forest, 8-4, in the final regular-season match (April 18)
- they also upended Carleton and Zach Leslie, 8-6, four days later in the opening round of the ACC Tournament.
