2004-- Missed the beginning of the fall season after reaggravating
a back injury that hampered him through much of the 2002-03 season ... Returned
from injury to win his first match of the season at the Icy Hot/ITA Men's All-American
Championships ... Began the spring season in fine form, defeating No. 20-ranked
Catalin Gard of Ole Miss at the SEC Men's Coaches' Indoor Championships ...
Clinched UT's regular-season upset win at Arkansas March 5 ... Led the Vols
with 20 doubles victories on the year ... Finished the season with a 12-7 singles
record and a 20-7 doubles tally ... He was ranked No. 117 in the season's final
ITA singles rankings ... Earned SEC Spring Academic Honor Roll recognition for
the third consecutive year.
2003-- Orr was looked upon by the coaches to provide leadership to a young team in 2002-03 ... Ended the season with 14 singles victories and 15 doubles wins ... Became the first repeat singles champion of the ITA National Summer Championships when he captured both the singles and doubles titles at the event in August in Bloomington, Ind. ... Entered the fall season holding down the No. 82 spot in the preseason Omni Hotels Collegiate Tennis Rankings .. Was hampered by an ankle injury for much of the fall, but fought his way to the finals of the "A-1" flight consolation singles bracket at the South Carolina Fall Invitational ... Overcame a painful back injury late in the season to defeat Auburn's Andrew Colombo at the No. 3 singles position in the first round of the SEC Tournament, marking his 50th career singles win as a Vol ... Received his second straight selection to the SEC Academic Honor Roll .. Named to the Verizon Academic All-District Team.
2002-- Orr had another bright season for the Vols in 2002, finishing the season with a 12-5 dual-match record, while spending most of his time at the No. 6 singles spot ... Posted a 6-4 record in SEC play, while notching a 19-18 record overall despite starting the season 5-13 ... His biggest win on the season came against Georgia (April 13), where he clinched the Vols' victory over the top-ranked Bulldogs with a 6-3, 4-6, 6-4 victory over Nicolas Boeker at No. 6 singles ... Orr clinched three matches in total for the Big Orange in 2002 ... Was also strong in doubles for the Vols, posting a 7-2 record with partners Mario Toledo and Michael Maddox
2001-- Orr had a good effort in his first season playing for the Vols ... Orr posted a 17-14 overall record and 4-1 record in SEC play ... Orr spent most of his time in the No. 6 position, where he had an 8-3 record ... Orr recorded an impressive 10-3 dual match record this season, while capturing 2 clinching points for the Vols ... Orr made a real case for playing time next season by winning 8 of his last 10 matches ... Orr finished with a 9-8 doubles record on the season ... Orr has also continued to improve this summer, making the singles finals of ITA summer circuit tournament in Chapel Hill, NC, while capturing the doubles title at the event.
2000--Redshirted: Wade enrolled at Tennessee last spring and was a squad member while during redshirt season... in the summer following his redshirt year, competed in several individual tournaments and had some very promising results, which included victories over several former collegiate All-Americas.

the No. 5 player in the nation in juniors singles... 1998 finalist in Kalamazoo
