Tennessee men's tennis players Ockie Oosthuizen and Ben Rogers won for the eighth straight time Wednesday to advance to the main draw of the Icy Hot/ITA Men's All-American Championships.

"Ben and Ockie are playing better and better each match," UT head coach Michael Fancutt said. "They are looking forward to playing in the main draw against the best teams in the nation."

To reach the main draw, Oosthuizen and Rogers beat SEC rival Florida's Janne Holmia and Greg Oullette 8-4. The UT sophomores faced a ranked opponent for the second straight match and for the sixth time this season.

The Vols duo faces a tough final field as eight of the preseason top-10 are present. Oosthuizen and Rogers face off against Oregon's Arron Spencer and Sven Swinnen in the round of 32. The Oregon pair is preseason ranked No. 9. The main draw consists of 32 teams and is played under a single-elimination format.
