GENERAL INFORMATION: The SEC Coaches Indoor Championship is an individual tournament from Friday, Jan. 14, until Monday, Jan. 17. The field features players from eight SEC schools, including eight from the University of Tennessee.

FACILITY: The Vols are hosting the SEC Indoors for the first time in 13 years in a newly remodeled Goodfriend Indoor Tennis Center on Tennessee's campus. The facility is located at 1015 20th Street.

SCHEDULE: The tournament begins at 8 a.m. from Friday until Sunday. The rounds are on the following days:

Main Draw Doubles: Round of 32
Main Draw Doubles: Round of 16
Main Draw Singles: Round of 64

Main Draw Doubles: Quarterfinals
Main Draw Singles: Round of 32
Main Draw Singles: Round of 16

Consolation Doubles: Round 2
Main Draw Doubles: Semifinals
Main Draw Singles: Quarterfinals
Main Draw Singles: Semifinals

Final Singles: 10 a.m.
Final Doubles to follow, not before 11:30 a.m.

ATTENDANCE: The event is free to attend for all rounds. The Goodfriend Tennis Center now features chair-backed seating throughout the balcony viewing area.

PARKING: Fans are encouraged to park in lot N-2 on Caledonia Avenue.

ENTERING THE FACILITY: With the Goodfriend Tennis Center still under construction, not all of the main entrances will be usable for the tournament. Those attending can enter through two sets of doors off the parking lot on 20th Street near the Andy Holt Apartments. Fans can also enter the facility through a door off Caledonia Avenue near the outdoor stadium courts.

VOLS IN THE FIELD: The Vols boast the last two singles champions in the field: Boris Conkic in 2010 and John-Patrick Smith in 2009. Smith is also a former doubles champion, winning in 2009 with Davey Sandgren. Other Vols in the tournament include Matteo Fago, Tennys Sandgren, Edward Jones, Jarryd Chaplin, Bryan Swartz and Taylor Patrick.
