The Tennessee men's tennis team looks to improve to 3-0 on Wednesday when it hosts 29th-ranked Louisville at 3 p.m. in the Goodfriend Indoor Tennis Center.
Tennessee began the season last Friday with a dominant performance as the Vols blanked both Memphis and UT-Chattanooga, 7-0. The Vols captured all 12 singles matches and five of six doubles matches in its two wins. Junior Bobby Cameron clinched both wins for UT. Cameron and Ben Rogers both went 4-0 on opening day.
Tennessee leads the all-time series with Louisville 2-1. The Cardinals won the most recent meeting 4-2 in 2003. Louisville is ranked 29th in the ITA collegiate poll. The Cardinals are 3-1 this season, in their most recent match they saw their 49-match home win streak come to an end with a 4-3 loss to South Alabama.
