Lowered his personal-best time in the 5,000 after finishing in 14:35.17 to place 14th in the Olympic Development Section at the Penn Relays (April 27) ... Added one point to Tennessee's team total by finishing eighth, with a time of 30:18.00, in the 10,000 at the SEC outdoor championships (May 12) ... Also contested the 5,000 at SEC outdoors, finishing 20th in 14:49.45 (May 14) ... Clocked 15:07.00 and placed ninth in the Invitational Section of the 5,000 at the Sea Ray Relays (April 15) ... Ran the third leg on UT's 4x1,500 relay team that finished second at the Sea Ray Relays (April 14) ... Finished 23rd in section two after recording a time of 30:11.13 in the 10,000 at the Stanford Invitational (March 31).

Finished 24th in the 5,000 at the SEC meet after running a time of 14:52.40 ... Achieved his lifetime-best 10,000 time of 29:53.64 to finish 33rd in a large field in section two of the Stanford Invitational (March 25) ... Cross Country 2006- Scored in four of the five races in which he competed ... Led the Vols with his third-place overall finish at the 8.4K UT Invitational (Pre-Regional) ... Finished second on the team and 99th overall at the 8K Brooks Pre-Nationals ... Also finished second among Vols and 13th overall at the 8K Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic ... Placed 20th overall and third on the team in front of the home crowd at the NCAA South Regional ... Finished 39th overall and seventh on the team at the 8K SEC championship.

Cross Country 2005- Joins All-America Zach Sabatino as the only Vols to score in each meet they entered during the 2005 season ... Lettered after running and scoring in each of the five meets he contested on the six-meet schedule ... Earned all-region acclaim after finishing 22nd, third among Vols, in 31:14.09 at the 10K NCAA South Regional ...
