2012: Honors - None...Indoors - Made his first SEC individual final, placing eighth at the SEC Indoor meet in 21.49...Also ran on UT's sixth-place 4x4, which posted a season-best of 3:11.29...Came up with his first career victory at the Akron Invitational, winning the Gold Division 200m in 21.44...Finished sixth in the 60m with a 6.93 readout at the Kentucky Invitational...Also ran on UT's third-place 4x400m relay unit (3:16.50) at that meet...Covered the 200m in 21.84 to finish 12th at the Auburn Invitational...Posted a 21.52 200m readout to place seventh at the Texas A&M Mondo Challenge...Aided UT's 4x400m relay to fifth in 3:13.04 there as well...Finished 11th in the championship 200m final at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational in 22.49...Outdoors - Scored at the SEC Championship meet for the first time in his outdoor career by running the third leg of the 4x100m relay, which finished sixth in a clocking of 40.47...Ran a time of 21.66 in the 200m prelims at the SEC Championships...Zipped to second place in the 200 meters, popping off a wind-aided 20.83 effort at the SEC/Big Ten Challenge...Handled the third leg of UT's runner-up 4x100m relay (40.13) as well...Ran the opening leg on UT's runner-up unit in the Showcase 4x100m event at the Sea Ray Relays and was part of UT's third-place Showcase 4x400m relay (3:10.97).

2011: Indoors - Ran the second leg for UT's seventh-place SEC Indoor 4x400m relay unit that clocked in with a season-best 3:11.37 readout...Posted 60m dash PRs at the Kentucky Invitational, running 6.92 in the prelims and 6.86 in the final to place fifth...Ran 6.92 in the SEC prelims but did not advance...Ran a PR of 21.28 in the SEC 200m dash prelims but did not move on...Clocked a then-PR of 21.33 at the Kentucky Invitational to take runner-up honors...Outdoors - Was hampered by injuries but managed a 100m dash PR anyway...Posted a 10.54 result to take second in the straight sprint at the UT-UCLA Dual...Added a third-place finish in the 200m at that meet, covering the half-lapper in 21.23...Scored in his third event at the UT-UCLA Dual, handling the baton third in UT's second-place, season-best 40.21 performance...Had a fifth-place 100m effort of 10.68 at the Sea Ray Relays...

HIGH SCHOOL: Won 2009 Tennessee AAA 200m title in PR time of 21.12 and was runner-up in the 100m at 10.74...That 21.12 readout rated him No. 12 on Track & Field News' prep list in 2009...Ran 100m PR of 10.70 to win AAA Section 4 meet...Indoor PRs came at the 2010 KTC High School Indoor Classic, where he crossed the line in 7.06 in the 60m and 22.26 in the 200m in the prelims...Ran a 22.37 in the final to rate fifth in the 200...His short sprint time was good for ninth...Member of National Honor Society and DECA at WSHS.
