HIGH SCHOOL: Product of DeMatha Catholic High School, who originally signed a scholarship to play football at Maryland...His desire to run track was greater so he asked for, and was granted, a release by the Terps...Was a 2011 Washington Post All-Met First Team honoree during the outdoor season and was honorable mention indoors as one of the Washington D.C. area's top sprinters and hurdlers...Earned high school All-America honors in 2010 and 2011...As a senior, he finished seventh in the 400m dash (48.80) and ran on DeMatha's national champion 4x200m relay unit at the New Balance Indoor Nationals...His personal bests include 14.1 in the 110m hurdles, 52.4 in the 400m hurdles and 47.81 in the 400m dash.
