Tennessee Head Coach Holly Warlick
"This was a tale of two halves. It's been a little bit of our M.O. with regards to the comeback. Alabama was gritty, they were tough. They played hard. They played like they didn't have anything to lose. They're a tough basketball team. We had to make some adjustments at halftime. We weren't able to get the ball inside in the first half, and we couldn't shoot the basketball. We finally settled in, we played good defense. We played better the second half."

On what they were thinking when Tennessee was down by 15 points:
"Just to stay steady. I wasn't worried at all about our deficit. There was never a doubt in my mind that we weren't going to win this basketball game. We're too talented of a team, and we've been in that situation before. We've been down at halftime before, and we're going to continue to fight until the clock hits zero. My teammates kept on encouraging me, and kept believing in me to shoot the ball. They found me when I was open, and I was thankful that I was able to put some shots in. I think it was really a team effort. Our post did an excellent job of passing the ball tonight."
On what the key to success was for her this season:
"I just want to keep on building. I don't want to look back. I'm satisfied with the way I'm playing right now. I feel like I'm finally playing to my fullest potential. I just want to continue to have fun, and play with my teammates. That's what's allowing me to play the way I am right now. I'm just trying to go out there and compete with my teammates."
Alabama Head Coach Kristy Curry
"I'm just disappointed we weren't able to finish down the stretch and find a way to make some shots today. I certainly credit Tennessee, and we really appreciate the support today. The atmosphere was great and we appreciate all the fans that came out to support. We're just continuing to work and get better every game. We'll be better because of the experience today."

On what Tennessee did differently in the second half:
"I think it was more of what we didn't do. We had a lot of mental breakdowns defensively, not finding the shooter and not boxing out, so, I think it was more about what we didn't do."

On what the team need to do to close games like this:
"We just have to keep competing. We can't be complacent because we are up by 15. We just have to keep fighting and play to win, not play not to lose."
