Lady Vol Olympian Carla McGhee (1986-90) now serves as an assistant under Nell Fortner at Auburn.
McGhee played at Tennessee with current UT Director of Character Development Daedra Charles-Furlow, who coached at Auburn from 2006-08 before returning to Rocky Top.

The Lady Vols led Auburn at halftime, 44-31. Tennessee has led at the half of 16 contests. The Lady Vols have trailed at intermission of four games and has been tied in the other three contests.
Tennessee is now 15-1 when they lead going into the locker room, with the lone loss coming to Baylor (11/27).
Freshman Isabelle Harrison checked in at the 7:35 mark in the second half, rounding out Tennessee participation versus Auburn.

After failing to record a steal in Thursday's loss to South Carolina, the Lady Vols recorded 13 swipes in the win over Auburn.

The Lady Vols were 1-8 from three in the loss to South Carolina (12.5%). The season low mark for treys occurred when Tennessee failed to hit a three-pointer versus DePaul.

Tennessee lived in the paint against Auburn, scoring 52 of its 82 points (63.4%) in the paint in the win.

Tennessee bounced back from Thursday's home loss to South Carolina with the win over Auburn.
