Trey Story
Ole Miss was deadly from the perimeter against UT as the Rebels first five buckets of the game came from beyond the arc.
The Rebels hit 8-of-12 (66.7%) shots from three point range -- a season-best for UT opponents. Kentucky shot 46.2% from beyond the arc in the Feb. 13 contest.
Stanford holds the season mark for opponent treys made with nine (12/20).
Twenty-four of the Rebels' 56 points came from the perimeter (43%).
In contrast, Tennesse struggled from behind the arc, hitting 4-of-16 trey attempts (25%).
Lights Out Off the Bench
The Lady Vol bench was strong for the second-consecutive game. In the first half Williams, Burdick, Manning and Baugh combined for a 5-of-7 showing from the floor and added 10 boards -- four from Burdick and six from Baugh.
Tennessee's bench contributed 20 points in the win.
Mississippi's bench also came up big, putting up 22 points in the contest.
Board Game
Tennessee won the game off the boards versus Mississippi, coming down with 37 rebounds to Ole Miss' 32.
Tennessee held a 24-15 rebounding advantage going into intermssion. The second-half was a different story, with Ole Miss holding the advantage, 17-13.
The Lady Vols collected 16 offensive boards which they converted to the tune of 17 second-chance points.
Simmons Hits the Mark
With nine points against Ole Miss, Meighan Simmons joined the 800-point club. She has now tallied 803 points in her Lady Vol career.

Senior Glory Johnson is eight points away from the 1,500-point mark. She has collected 1,492 points in her Lady Vol career.
Johnson is currently second on the all-time rebounding list with 1,116 boards.
She needs 180 rebounds to catch program leader Chamique Holdsclaw, who pulled down 1,295 rebounds in her Lady Vol career.
Massengale Dishes `Em

She is seven assists shy of the Lady Vol record for assists in a season by a freshman. Loree Moore dished out 133 helpers for Tennessee in 2001-02.
