• The Lady Vols last bowed out in this round to Auburn, 78-58, March 7, 2009.
• UT has an all-time record of 68-17 in the SEC Tournament, including 15 tournament titles.

• The Lady Vols have won the conference tournament the last two seasons; they come to Nashville looking to defend their back-to-back crowns.

At the Half

• The Lady Vols led South Carolina at halftime, 35-27. Tennessee has led at intermission of 21 games. Tennessee has trailed at the half of six contests and has been tied in the other three contests.
• Tennessee is now 21-1 when it leads going into the locker room, including the last 20 straight, with the lone loss coming to Baylor (11/27).

Glory Goes Off
• Johnson led UT in scoring with 23 points in the win, just two shy of her SEC Tournament-high mark of 25 set against Florida last season (3/4/11).
• She collected the 34th double-double of her career with 10 rebounds on top of her stellar scoring performance. Her 10-board total is one rebound shy of her SEC Tourney-best 11 rebounds set in last season's Florida contest.

Stricklen Does it Again
• Senior Shekinna Stricklen failed to score in the first half of tonight's contest, going 0-of-3 from the floor in the game's first 20 minutes.
• Just as she did in the SEC Quarterfinal, Stricklen came alive in the second half and put up double-digits in the win, shooting 5-of-10 for 16 points.

Baugh Goes Boarding
Vicki Baugh pulled down 10 rebounds in the win over South Carolina -- her personal SEC Tournament high. Her previous best was eight boards, set Friday against Vanderbilt.

Scoring on South Carolina
• Tennessee put up 74 points on a South Carolina team ranked fourth in the nation in scoring defense.
• USC has given up an average of 49.5 points per contest this season. UT tacked on an extra 24.5 points in the victory.

Take Care of the Rock
•Tennessee committed only three turnovers in the second half with the first giveaway of the period coming with three minutes to play in the contest.
• The Lady Vols totaled 10 in the game. Their season-low mark of eight came versus Alabama.

Lady Vol Staples

• UT tallied five blocks and four steals in the win over South Carolina, forcing seven Gamecock turnovers.
• Tennessee never trailed by more than two points in the game (11:23 first half).

• Tennessee won the board game with South Carolina, pulling down 38 boards to the Gamecocks' 30.
• The Lady Vols pulled down 13 offensive boards that they converted to 11 second chance points.

• Johnson is currently second on the all-time rebounding list with 1,154 boards.
• She needs 142 rebounds to catch program leader Chamique Holdsclaw, who pulled down 1,295 rebounds in her Lady Vol career.
