In the NCAA Tourney
The Lady Vol program stands alone as the only team in the country to be selected to every NCAA Tournament there has been -- a total of 31 trips. UT has also played in more tournament games than any other team, totaling 133 contests.
UT has an all-time record of 111-22 in the NCAA Tournament, including eight national titles.
In the Second Round
Tennessee is 24-0 all time in the NCAA Tournament's second round. Overall, UT is 48-1 all-time in first and second-round games.
Coming into today's game, Tennessee had scored an average of 22.6 more points than their second round opponents. They won today's game by a margin of 15 points.

The Lady Vols await the results of the other Second Round games of teams in the Des Moines Regional. Tennessee will take on the winner of the No. 3 Delaware v. No. 11 Kansas contest in the Sweet Sixteen on Saturday, March 24.

Glorified Rebounds
Johnson collected 21 rebounds in the win -- her season, career and NCAA Tournament-best performances. Her 21-board total is the best mark put up by a Lady Vol this season, breaking her own mark of 15 rebounds set at Mississippi State (2/16).
The last time a Lady Vol pulled down 20-plus rebounds in a game was March 16, 1991 when Daedra Charles pulled down 22 boards vs. Southwest Missouri St., also an NCAA Tournament game.
Despite her monster night on the boards, Johnson scored only eight points for UT, ending her consecutive games in double-figures at seven.
With the win, Tennessee improves to 20-0 in the all-time series versus DePaul dating back to the 1990-91 season.
UT completes the season sweep of the Blue Demons with the win. The two teams met in the Maggie Dixon Classic where the Lady Vols came out on top, 84-61, at Madison Square Garden December 11.
Tennessee is now 2-0 in postseason meetings with DePaul. The only other postseason meeting in the series came March 22, 2004 when UT topped the Blue Demons, 79-59, in the NCAA Second Round in Tallahassee, Fla.
Today's starters -- the senior class: Briana Bass, Alicia Manning, Glory Johnson, Shekinna Stricklen and Vicki Baugh.
This is the sixth consecutive game with these five lining up for the opening tip dating back to senior day, February 26.
The Lady Vols are now 6-0 sporting this lineup combination.
These starters lined up for the opening tip of the Lady Vols' Senior Day win over Florida (2/26) and all three wins in the Southeastern Conference Tournament and Saturday's NCAA First Round victory over Tennessee-Martin.
At the Half
The Lady Vols led DePaul at halftime, 28-23. Tennessee has led at intermission in 25 games. Tennessee has trailed at the half of six contests and has been tied in the other three contests.
Tennessee is now 24-1 when they lead going into the locker room, including wins in the last 23, with the lone loss coming to Baylor (11/27).
The Tennessee bench came up big for the second straight game, accounting for 19 Big Orange points. In comparison, the DePaul bench contributed two points in the contest.
The Lady Vol bench put up 38 points in Saturday's First Round win over Tennessee-Martin.
After a quiet night against UT Martin on Saturday, Stricklen showed up against DePaul, scoring 17 points on 6-of-13 shooting in the win.
Her 17-point performance is three points shy of her personal NCAA Tournament best, trailing a 20-point performance versus Ohio State in last year's Sweet Sixteen (3/26).
Vicki Baugh put up 16 points on 8-of-11 shooting in the win -- one point shy of her season and career best. The total topped her previous NCAA Tournament best mark of 12 points against Purdue (3/25/08).
Tennessee dominated the rebounding game versus DePaul, pulling down 51 rebounds to the Blue Demons' 31.
The Lady Vols came up with 17 offensive boards that they converted into 14 second chance points in the win.
Approaching 1,100 Wins
Three more wins will put Summitt at her next victory milestone: 1,100 wins.
Johnson is currently second on the all-time rebounding list with 1,197 boards.
She trails program leader Chamique Holdsclaw by 100 rebounds; Holdsclaw pulled down 1,295 rebounds in her Lady Vol career.
