- #8/8 Tennessee (22-5/13-1 SEC) and #13/15 Texas A&M (21-7/11-3 SEC) meet on Thursday at 7:05 p.m. ET at Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville, Tenn. The game will be televised on CSS, and ESPN3 will provide online coverage.
- Thursday night marks the final regular-season home appearance for Lady Vol seniors Taber Spani and Kamiko Willliams, who will be honored approximately 20 minutes prior to tipoff.
- The Lady Vols have clinched at least a share of their 17th regular-season SEC championship, but they could win it outright with a victory Thursday night vs. A&M or a win Sunday at #10/10 Kentucky.
- UT is coming off a victory at Arkansas on Sunday, where the Big Orange overcame an 11-point deficit to win their fifth game in a row (60-54).
- Texas A&M, meanwhile, has dropped two of its last three contests, including a 61-51 setback at Vanderbilt on Sunday.
- Tennessee has built a 13-2 record at Thompson-Boling Arena this season, including 7-0 in league play.
