NCAA TICKETS ON SALE FOR KNOXVILLE FIRST/SECOND ROUND GAMES
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- After a one-year hiatus, the University of Tennessee once again will play host to the NCAA Women's Basketball First/Second Rounds at Thompson-Boling Arena. All-session tickets are on sale now.
On Saturday, March 23, and Monday, March 25, Knoxville will feature four teams vying for a spot in the Sweet 16. Start times for the Saturday contests are 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Eastern time, while Monday's contest is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
All-session tickets are available for purchase online at UTTix.com or by calling the Tennessee Ticket Office at 865-656-1200 or 800-332-8657. All-session tickets include a ticket for all three games.
Single session tickets will go on sale closer to the event and the exact date will be announced at a later time. Tickets also may be purchased in person at the Tennessee Ticket Office, located in the northwest corner of Thompson-Boling Arena directly off Phillip Fulmer Way.
Since 1994, when the women's format went to a single site for NCAA First/Second Round games, UT has served as host 13 times, advancing to the regional round every time. The Lady Vols last hosted in both 2010 and 2011.

SEC TOURNAMENT TICKETS ON SALE
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- Tickets for the 2013 Southeastern Conference Women's Basketball Tournament are now on sale. The 2013 SEC Women's Tournament will be held at The Arena at Gwinnett Center in Duluth, Ga., on March 6-10, 2013.
For the second time in SEC history, the Women's Basketball Tournament will undergo a format change. The tournament, which had been a four-day event featuring 12 teams, will now expand to 14 teams, adding an extra day of competition. The tournament will now begin on Wednesday with two additional games that feature Seeds 11 through 14. Also new to the tournament format will be splitting the early sessions in which the league's top-two seeds play. The tournament's top seed will play its first game in the afternoon session, while the No. 2 seed will play in the evening session.
Tickets for the tournament are $90 for a reserved book. A ticket book contains seven tickets, one for each session, which allows one person to attend all 13 games. Tickets can be purchased at www.SECDigitalNetwork.com or by calling (800) 732-4849. Additional information regarding special ticket promotions, including advanced single session ticket sales, will be announced Thursday, October 25.
This is the third time The Arena at Gwinnett Center has hosted the SEC Women's Basketball Tournament, with previous trips in 2007 and 2010. The Arena will also host the event in 2014. The Arena at Gwinnett Center seats 10,309 for the SEC Tournament. It is located just off I-85 on Sugarloaf Parkway in Duluth, Ga., 30 minutes north of downtown Atlanta.
