Holly Warlick's impact on Lady Vol Basketball covers more than three decades, as a three-time All-America point guard (1976-80), 27 seasons as an assistant coach and from 2012 to present as a head coach who has won more games in her first four seasons than all but seven women's coaches did in the same span in the history of NCAA Division I hoops.

Coaching Highlights:

  • Forged a 108-34 overall record and 50-14 SEC mark in her first four seasons as a head coach
  • Highest overall (.761) and conference (.781) winning percentages among SEC women's coaches
  • Led her teams to four NCAA Tournaments, including three NCAA Elite Eights
  • One of only two women's coaches ever to lead their teams to three NCAA Elite Eights in their first four seasons
  • Every player who completed her career here has graduated with a degree
  • She has had six players selected in the WNBA Draft in her four seasons as head coach
  • 2013 WBCA National Rookie Coach of the Year & SEC Coach of the Year
  • Helped Tennessee win eight NCAA National Championships and 33 combined SEC regular-season & tournament championships
