Popson Ties for Fourth at Harder Hall Invitational

SEBRING, Fla. - Lady Vol sophomore golfer Erica Popson tied for fourth in the Championship Flight of the Harder Hall Invitational on Saturday.

Popson fired rounds of 67, 73, 73 and 72 for a 72-hole total of 3-under 285. Popson tied with Holly Clyburn of England.

Kentucky's Ashleigh Albrecht won the tournament, held at the 6,151-yard Harder Hall Golf Club, with a 63-74-69-72=278 total. Albrecht edged Cheyenne Woods of Wake Forest by one shot.

Lady Vol senior Rebecca Watson competed in Flight 1 and finished 18th with a score of 82-74-86-82=324 (+36).

The Lady Vol golf team returns to action Feb. 27 at the Allstate Sugar Bowl Championship in New Orleans, La.
