The Tennessee women's golf program added another standout to its 2014 signing class. Tennessee head coach Judi Pavon announced on Friday that Blakesly Warren signed her financial aid agreements to attend the University of Tennessee and play for the Lady Volunteers in the 2014-15 season.
"I'm really excited about Blakesly joining our program," Pavon said. "She is a fantastic player and will be a great addition to the Lady Vol family."
Warren joins Anna Newell in the Lady Vols 2014 signing class. Next season, the two hope to form a tough dynamic duo for the Big Orange and Coach Pavon.
Warren was a standout at Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tenn., where she led the Red Raiders to back-to-back state team titles. In addition, Warren was also a two-time individual state title winner and a three-time Tennessee Girl's Junior Amateur champion.

"I chose Tennessee because it has a great golf program with really good facilities and coaches that will help me become the best player I can be," Warren said. "I also love the school as a whole, and I think it is the perfect place for me to continue my education."
When choosing Tennessee, Warren stated that she has grown up in the state of Tennessee and been a Tennessee Volunteers fan her entire life.
Warren plans to enroll at UT in the fall.
