Hi Everyone,

Wow! I can not believe that I am set to start Stage 2 of LPGA qualifying school tomorrow. I was so appreciative that Coach Pavon allowed me to go to Stage 1 and even more thankful she's allowing me to play again this week.

After a relatively easy day of travel Saturday, if you take out the sprinting through the Atlanta Airport in order to catch a connecting flight, I met up with my Mom in the Tampa airport.

We tracked the football game while driving down to Venice, FL and even got to the hotel just in time for overtime. Such a tough loss for our team but Vol fans all across the country can see the good that Coach Jones is doing for the program!

I got to the course pretty early Sunday morning for my first practice round. There waiting for me was my caddie for the week. Paul (aforementioned caddie) is a member at the Plantation Club and he is apparently the most popular guy there. Everywhere we go workers and members greet him eagerly by name! An added bonus is he knows both course like the back of his hand.

Something else that has been great is that the last two days I got to play practice rounds with my former teammate Nathalie Mansson. Seems like just yesterday she was traveling with us and we were playing in practice rounds together as college teammates!

Those Florida storms rolled in right as I got in the car and left the course, perfect timing. It looked like everyone was able to finish their rounds but I was happy that I got off early and avoided the heavy rain altogether today.

I am so blessed to have parents, coaches, teammates, and friends who are supportive me being here in order to pursue my professional golf ambitions after college. Having so many people speak words of encouragement into me has put me as such ease and gets me fired up to get out there tomorrow morning.

Can't wait to check back in with you all.

God Bless and Go Vols,
