COACH GLENN ON DICERBO:

"Melissa is a great presence in the group. She has experience and awareness that can really benefit her team. She holds a new and challenging position on the team this year because she will be surrounded by teammates with much talent yet far less experience than she has. She must be willing to direct and demand those around her when faced with the competitive mission. I believe Melissa will determine, as directly as anyone, the path of the team this season, because the direction of the boat will be defined by her and her ability to play 'point guard' with her crew."
