Tennessee rowing's V4+ shell won its heat, finishing sixth at the San Diego Crew Classic on Mission Bay on Saturday.

The Lady Vol boat crossed the finished line in 7 minutes 42.93 seconds.

UT's 2V finished eighth in 7 minutes 1.24 seconds, while the Collegiate 8 shell finished 10th in 6 minutes 57.77 seconds.

Tennessee takes a week off from competition before traveling to face Michigan on April 14.
