I am interested in trying out! What should I do to prepare?
Stay active! Try to run, bike, swim, play soccer or participate in cardiovascular activities you enjoy that elevate your heart rate for an extended amount of time! Although we will start slow with tryouts, it is important to be able to complete the workouts as we progress. Consider signing up for our Learn to Row Camp offered 22-24 June! This is a great opportunity to learn the basics, be exposed to the sport, and meet the coaches.
