AS A FRESHMAN (2009): During her initial campaign at Rocky Top, Barrett started 15 of 20 matches played at forward, including drawing six starts in 11 Southeastern Conference contests...Tied for third on the Lady Vol squad with seven points, was deadlocked for second in goals scored with three and also recorded an assist...Scored her third goal of the season on a breakaway at 69:45 versus Georgia (10/30) to deadlock the score at 1-1 in an eventual one-goal defeat...Subbed in at forward for 46 minutes at Alabama (10/25)...Recorded a pair of shots and drew a corner kick that Mick Imgram scored on against Auburn (10/22)...Started up top at forward versus both #5 South Carolina (10/18) and #11 Florida (10/16)...Recorded her initial career helper on Chelsea Hatcher's match-winner at 15:15 during the 3-0 rout of Mississippi State (10/9)...Came off the bench to record three shots at Arkansas (9/25) and registered a single shot as a starting forward at LSU (9/27)...Started both contests against Memphis (9/11) and Western Carolina (9/13), registering three shots in the latter...Scored the first game-winning goal of her brief career during the 1-0 victory over Wisconsin (9/6), burying her second goal of the season off a feed from Emily Dowd just 2:47 into the contest...Electrified the home crowd with a full end-to-end run near the end of the first half against Pepperdine (8/30), firing just a foot or two high of the crossbar with the potential tying score...Tallied the first goal of her collegiate career on a header into the top of the twine at 53:50 to grant UT a 2-0 lead over Arizona State (8/28)...Drew a start at forward in her first match at Rocky Top against ETSU (8/22)...Joined Ali Hall as one of two Lady Vol freshmen to start the season opener and one of five to see time against the Bucs.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: A two-time California State Cup MVP hailing from Corona, Calif....A member of the same Slammers FC club squad as current Lady Vol Tanya Emerson and fellow freshman Kylie Bono, Barrett helped the Slammers to four Surf Cup Championships, two Cal South National Cup championships, two Cal South State Cup finals appearances, the 2008 Region IV title and a runner-up finish at the 2008 US Youth Soccer National Championships...Barrett was also part of the Nike Manchester Cup, Gothia Cup and Jefferson Cup titlists...The 5-3 forward was a member of the Region IV ODP pool from 2005-07, claiming the Region IV title in each of those years...Barrett also traveled to England in 2007 to train with both Arsenal and Chelsea Ladies Academies...Barrett was a member of the U.S. Under-15 National Team pool in 2005 and 2006, and was named one of the top 25 youth players in the nation at the adidas Elite Soccer Program in 2007...A two-time letterwinner in both soccer and track at Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, Calif., Barrett helped the Monarchs to back-to-back Serra League championships (2006, 2007) and the 2007 California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Division I title with a 24-3-4 record.
