AS A JUNIOR (2003): Contributed 14 points on six goals and two assists in 23 matches...Four of her six scores came in SEC play, including the match-winner in the 2-0 upset of fifth-ranked Florida on Oct. 10...Connected on UT's second attempt in the shootout with the Gators at the SEC Tournament...Chosen all-tournament at the First Tennessee Classic after tallying the match-winner against Richmond and chipping in with a helper versus Charlotte...Found the back of the net twice in 4-0 rout of Arkansas...Enters her final season tied for second on the school's list for match-winning goals (seven) and is ninth in goals (16)...

AS A SOPHOMORE (2002): Engineered one of the most dramatic turnarounds in the scoring column, boosting her total to 23 points after recording seven points as a rookie...Finished third on the Lady Vol offensive chart behind Kim Patrick and Rhian Wilkinson with eight goals and seven assists...Her four match-winners were one shy of the single-season standard set by Kendyl Michner in 1997...Picked up third-team All-Central Region kudos from Soccer Buzz Magazine...Chosen as an honorable mention All-SEC selection after totaling seven points on a pair of goals and three helpers in nine league matches...Voted as the team's Most Valuable Player for the second straight season...Propelled the Lady Vols into the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament by finding the back of the net with 4:58 showing on the clock against her hometown team, 22nd-ranked Cincinnati...Set up Lyndsey Patterson for the Golden Goal in the SEC Tournament semifinal edging of Kentucky...Notched the first overtime winner of her career at 106:27 versus Mississippi...Chosen all-tourney at the Clemson/Nike Invitational in mid-September...Surpassed her '01 production with nine points on four goals and an assist during a weekend sweep of Arkansas State and Murray State over Sept. 6-8...Fashioned the initial hat trick of her career by scoring at 14:58, 24:17 and 52:25 against the Racers...Three-goal outburst was the first in Knoxville since Wilkinson accomplished the feat in a 7-0 thrashing of UNC Asheville on Sept. 10, 2000...

AS A FRESHMAN (2001): Jumped right into UT's lineup by starting every match in the midfield...Shared the squad's Co-Most Valuable Player honors with defender Tracy Swibas...Notched seven points on a pair of scores and three assists...First career goal proved to be the match-winner as the Orange knocked off No. 16 Wake Forest, 2-1, on Sept. 20...Responsible for looping a cross to Patrick in sudden death that was converted for the decisive goal as UT upended Florida...Came flying through the air with a deflection against South Carolina that squared the match at 1-1 on Oct. 21...Tennessee would go on to pick up a 3-1 decision over the Gamecocks...Credited with a helper on Patrick's tally against Duke in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament...

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: A four-year standout at Ross High School, Lockaby garnered a slew of awards and was voted as her team's Most Valuable Offensive Player all four years of her career...Another member of the United States Youth National Team, Kayla was selected as an All-American by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America/adidas in 1999 and 2000...Grabbed a spot on Parade Magazine's All-America squad following her last season at RHS...Chosen as the Gatorade Women's Soccer Player of the Year in the state of Ohio after her junior campaign...Two-time first-team all-conference choice after her junior and senior seasons...A three-year letterwinner in basketball for the Rams, Lockaby was twice named as her team's Best Defensive Player and was selected all-league twice...
