HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Earned four varsity letters at Central High School in Shelbyville, Tenn....Served as the Golden Eaglettes' captain in 2007...A four-time first-team all-district selection...Named to the Tennessee Sports Writers Association All-State Team as a senior...Was selected as the district Midfielder of the Year as a senior...Helped lead Central to three district championship games and one district title during her career...Joins the Lady Vols from Real Madrid in Brentwood...Led her club squad to six state championships, including the last three straight...In 2007, Real Madrid finished third in its region and was ranked seventh in the nation...Also was a member of the Tennessee ODP team and a participant in the regional ODP pool...Earned four letters in track and field...Was team captain in 2007 and 2008...Helped the Central 4x200 meter relay team finish 15th in the state in 2007.

PERSONAL: Majoring in nursing...Ranked eighth in her class with a 4.0 grade point average...Made Central's principal's list in each of her final three years there...Participated in several student organizations at Central, including National Honor Society, Spanish National Honor Society, Student Council, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the Make a Wish Foundation...Joins former Real Madrid teammates Anna Fisher and Lara Langworthy on the UT roster...Spends her time off the field outdoors, shopping and hanging out with friends...Would like to pursue a career in nursing and work at the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital after her playing days are over...Had titanium screws placed in her heel which later broke and required a second surgery to remove...Has one brother, Chase, 23...Hannah Elizabeth Martin was born on Dec. 12, 1989, in Shelbyville...Parents are Harvey and Lisa Martin.
