Oct. 8, 2012

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -Tennessee soccer head coach Brian Pensky will be featured on the WVLT Local 8 News on Tuesday at 4 p.m.

Pensky will be featured in a piece focusing on his first season at Tennessee. The Lady Vols (10-3-2, 5-2-1 SEC) are coming off a successful weekend of SEC road games, notching 1-0 victories over 2011 SEC regular season champion South Carolina and 2011 SEC Tournament champion Auburn.

Tennessee returns to Regal Soccer Stadium this Friday to host SEC rival Kentucky at 7 p.m. Tickets are just one dollar and the first 1,000 fans will received a Lady Vol Soccer scarf.

As always for SEC home matches, fans can attend a pre-match Chalk Talk at 6:30 p.m. in the team's video room. There will also be a Kids Carnival at Regal Soccer Stadium where youngsters can get their faces painted, make posters and have fun with inflatable stations and chalk art. Fans can also get post-game autographs from selected UT soccer players.

Be sure to like the Tennessee soccer Facebook page (facebook.com/tnladyvolsoccer) and follow the Lady Vol soccer team on twitter (@LadyVol_Soccer) for a chance to win tickets to Friday's game.

UT hosts LSU on Sunday for a 2 p.m. match. Sunday is Faith & Family Day with free admission with a church bulletin. Fans can also get in for free by contributing to the Knox County Public Library's book drive with donations of two new or gently-used children's books. Kids 12 and under are admitted for free and the first 100 kids eat for free.
