BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- Tennessee's Annie Aldrete has been named the SEC Softball Freshman of the Week, as announced by the conference office on Monday.

She hit the first grand slam of her collegiate career (and UT's first on the year) on March 11 in a 15-0 (5) rout of Western Carolina.
