LEXINGTON, Ky. -- Due to the multi-event Saturday on the University of Kentucky's campus, softball fans are encouraged to arrive early for the 5 p.m. ET Game 2 of the Tennessee-Kentucky series and should expect heavy traffic congestion.
In addition to Saturday's softball game between No. 8 Tennessee and No. 9 Kentucky, the Kentucky football team is also playing its annual spring game. Parking for the day is on a first-come, first-served basis with football and softball parking using shared lots. Gates to John Cropp Stadium will open at 3 p.m. ET on Saturday. Gates will open one hour prior to first pitch on Sunday.
Incoming traffic will not be allowed starting after 5 p.m. ET until football traffic is cleared. Fans attending Saturday's softball game should plan to arrive early at John Cropp Stadium at 4 p.m. or 4:30 p.m.
